ROCS Transit operates rural transportation programs in many of the ROCS service area communities and counties.
Each program must raise local match to secure new transit vehicles, and we love to help out with these fundraising efforts! From Centerville’s annual spaghetti feed, Beresford’s Thanksgiving meal, Canton’s car show, Parker’s hometown Christmas bingo, and Turner County Fair bingo, and Viborg’s tailgate menu, people were eager to attend and donate to the good cause.
New partnerships with local nursing homes and assisted living facilities have been developed to provide transportation services.
ROCS Transit continues to strive towards providing an affordable, accessible option for many communities to meet their transportation needs.
