Emergency Assistance
ROCS has funds available to help low-income individuals and families in emergency situations. Assistance is provided one time per 12 month period. Assistance is available for disconnections on utility bills, utility deposit, help with a past due or first months rent and deposit, and emergency shelter situations.

Food pantries in our service area are stocked mainly with donated goods. Contact your local
food pantry to find out what is needed!
Donations are always appreciated and keep our food costs low.
