Our Program
The Weatherization
program is designed to help low income households overcome the high cost
of energy through conservation measures. Labor and materials are
provided weatherization items such as insulation, weather stripping,
caulking, window and door repairs, etc…
Following the application and
verification process, ROCS Auditor/Inspectors enter the home, run a
battery of tests and inspections to determine what needs to be done in a
home to make it more energy efficient. These measures are performed by
contractors or by ROCS Crews. The home is inspected after the work is
performed to ensure quality of work done.
